We are an independent production business based in Bleckede, near Hamburg. Founded by filmmaker and animator Borsu Highson, we bring together storytelling, live action, hand-drawn animation, and post-production for clients in Germany and internationally.

With more than 25 years of filmmaking and animation experience, Borsu Highson brings a storyteller’s perspective to every stage of production.
Our approach draws on founder Borsu Highson’s learning from Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston—two of Disney’s legendary “Nine Old Men”—and Academy Award-winning animator Richard Williams, animation director of Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

From family memories on Standard 8 and Super 8 to 16mm and 35mm film, we help preserve moving images through careful scanning and restoration.
Services can include stabilization, color correction, flicker reduction, and selective repair. Silent 8mm scanning is available; sound requirements are assessed separately.
